This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for services purchased from Awesomehost Limited (“Awesomehost”, “we”, “us”, “our”) via www.awesomehost.net. By purchasing or using our services, you agree to this Refund Policy, together with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
Refund eligibility for hosting services
Refunds are only considered for the current month of service. If a refund is approved, it will apply only to the most recent monthly billing period and will not extend to previous months or longer prepaid periods.
Non-refundable items
Domains are non-refundable once purchased, registered, renewed, transferred, or processed. This includes domain registration fees, renewal fees, transfer fees, redemption fees, and any registry-related charges. Once a domain order is submitted for processing, it cannot be reversed and no refund will be issued.
How to request a refund
To request a refund for the current month, please email support@awesomehost.net with the following details: your account email, domain or service reference, the invoice number (if available), the reason for the refund request, and proof of payment (where applicable). Requests should be submitted as soon as possible within the relevant month to allow timely review.
Refund processing and timelines
If your refund is approved, we will process it using the original payment method where possible. If payment was made via bank transfer/EFT, you may be asked to provide bank details to receive the refund. Processing times may vary depending on your bank and the payment method used.
Service access after a refund
Where a refund is granted for the current month, the related service may be cancelled or reverted at the end of that month, or earlier where continued access is not feasible. We recommend that you download any data you require before cancellation is finalised.
Chargebacks and disputes
If you believe there is a billing error, please contact support@awesomehost.net before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card provider. Chargebacks may result in service restrictions while the matter is investigated.
Changes to this Refund Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on www.awesomehost.net with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
